I had Edzel as my fitter and he was absolutely a delight. Considering how “bodoh” I am, he was very very patient with me and kept telling me not to stress as my frowns deepened with each terminologies he used. He tried his best to explain them as simply as possible. Will definitely recommend Loue to anyone.

Very helpful and listen to what people needs,most importantly they know what their doing and best at it.After Fit First ride my knee pain was gone,can really feel the comfort and smoothness,power output needs some adaptation.

LOUE is very good at bike fitting. I did both my road and Tri bike fitting with them. But as some people have already mentioned, they charge a premium. Be prepared to pay surcharge if you want Tim to fit you and extra to get a bike recommendation. Response and follow up is also tardy.

Went for the Classic Fit as I have numbness in my hands and experienced neck ache while riding. Timothy was very patient and detailed. He made changes to my cleats position, saddle position, saddle height and handle bar angle. Now I still feel fresh after 2 hours of ride which wasn’t the case before I went for the fit. Thanks Loue!
